My responsibilities include:

• Conducting research and pre-interviews with talent

• Organizing call sheets and coordinating between talent, stakeholders, and the multimedia production team

• Improving and creating best practices/processes documents

• Lead photographer, shooting b-roll, capturing the second camera, and monitoring audio

• Creating video scripts for interviews

• Compiling and editing videos to publish on YouTube
